Refund Policy

RETURNS

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at sales@fjollahaxismajli.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Refunds will be 70% of the total amount paid. We do not accept returns for custom-made items or products with custom measurements.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges of products shipped within this framework are not accepted due to ‘body incompatibility.’ Return and exchange of damaged products are not accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

TAXES & DUTIES

Fjolla Haxhismajli will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. Fjolla Haxhismajli is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

Yes, you can return your order under the Fjolla Haxhismajli Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 24 hours of receiving it. We will send you a return label, and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee. Returns are applicable only for Kosovo orders.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders are final sale. Please email sales@fjollahaxismajli.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return, and we’d be happy to assist you. For international returns, customers will receive an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the returned item(s), minus a €200 restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
