RETURNS 1.We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 3.To start a return, you can contact us at sales@fjollahaxismajli.com 4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. XCHANGE 1.EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS SHIPPED WITHIN THIS FRAMEWORK ARE NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO ‘BODY INCOMPATIBILITY. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note that FJOLLA NILA will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. FJOLLA NILA is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties. Can I return my order for a return ? Yes, you can return your order under the Fjolla Nila Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 24 hours when you receive it. We will send you a return label and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee. Returns are applicable only for KOSOVO orders. International returns: International orders are final sale. Please email info@fjollanila.com and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you. In International returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an 150€ restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
