Return & Refund Policy

At Fjolla Haxhismajli, each gown is carefully crafted with meticulous attention to detail and high-quality materials. Many of our products are made-to-order or customized to the customer's specific measurements.

 

1. CUSTOM-MADE POLICY

Made-to-Order: All bridal gowns and dresses are made-to-order and may be customized according to the customer's measurements and specification

Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started

High-Value Nature: Due to the high value and handmade nature of our gowns, all bridal orders are considered custom orders and require specific production time

No Resale: These items are produced specifically for each individual customer and cannot be resold.

 

2. SIZE & MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and correct measurements when placing an order.

Liability Waiver: Fjolla Haxhismajli is not responsible for sizing issues if incorrect measurements were provided by the customer.

 

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

24-Hour Window: Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Production Start: After this period, production begins, and the order can no longer be cancelled.

4. RETURNS (READY-TO-WEAR ONLY)

Eligibility: Only ready-to-wear items (non-custom products) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Custom Exclusion: Custom-made items, bridal gowns, and personalized products are never eligible for return.

International Limitation: All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Returns are accepted only for eligible items delivered within Kosovo.

 

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Transfer of Responsibility: Once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and the responsibility transfers to the customer.

Confirmed Delivery: Marked delivery by the carrier serves as proof that the order is completed and cannot be refunded.

Theft/Loss: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a confirmed delivery.

 

6. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

Agreement to Contact First: By completing a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to contact our customer service team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Evidence Submission: If a chargeback is filed after the product has been shipped or delivered, we reserve the right to submit all order documentation, communication records, and proof of delivery to the payment processor and issuing bank to contest the claim.

7. TAXES & DUTIES

Customer Responsibility: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not reimburse any costs resulting from a refusal to pay these duties.
