For domestic orders, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and verification.
For international orders, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and verification.

For items that are out of stock, production time may vary depending on the design, typically ranging from 1 week up to 2 months.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & SECURITY

To protect our customers, Fjolla Haxhismajli is unable to modify or intercept a package once it has been processed for shipment.

All orders are shipped exclusively to the address provided at checkout, and this address must match the billing address.

Due to our Fraud Protection Policy:

• Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will not be processed
• Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment

Customers may arrange alternative delivery options (such as pickup or rescheduling) directly through the courier service (e.g., UPS My Choice).

SHIPPING METHODS & DUTIES

Fjolla Haxhismajli offers international shipping, including DHL Express for priority delivery.

Please note that we do not calculate, collect, or cover any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or related charges (“Duties”). These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Fjolla Haxhismajli is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or additional costs resulting from refusal or failure to pay these charges.

DELIVERY TIME

For international shipments, delivery typically takes 14–18 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

For expedited delivery (6–10 business days) with detailed tracking, customers may select PRIORITY shipping at checkout.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After dispatch, a separate email with tracking details will be provided.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Ready to Ship items are already produced and available in stock.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on the destination and courier conditions.

Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing and delivery times.
